At Muscle District LLC, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Every order is packed with care and shipped from the United States.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume sales.

Expedited Shipping (if available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method selected.

We may offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Muscle District LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Reach out to our support team if you need assistance.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

We look forward to expanding international shipping in the future.


Delays

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
